Privacy Policy

This page explains what BookedROI stores when you visit this site or ask for a free audit. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

BookedROI is a product in development by 8om. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we store

When you ask for a free audit

• Your name, work email and agency name
• How many contractor clients you have and which CRM they use
• Your call tracking tool and pilot interest, if you choose to share them
• The country your request came from and a random session ID (see below)

When you browse the site

• Page events: page views, demo steps, button clicks and form submissions, with the page path (for example /demo/)
• The site you came from, as its origin only (for example https://www.google.com), never the full address
• The country, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address. We don't store your IP address.
• A random session ID kept in your browser's session storage. It is not linked to your name unless you send the audit form, and your browser clears it when you close the tab.

We don't set cookies of our own, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts this site and the database that holds the data above. It also runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the audit form is sent by a person. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to do this. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Why we store it

• To reply to your audit request and book a call with you
• To see which pages and demo steps are useful, so we can improve them
• To keep spam out of the audit form

How long we keep it

• Page events: 180 days, then they are deleted automatically.
• Audit requests: until you ask us to delete them.
• Client data you share for an audit (for example a CRM export): used only for your client's report, and deleted within 30 days of disconnecting the client or delivering the audit, or sooner on request.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 1 business day and finish within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
